Scope and price, upfront

A fixed quote, not an hourly meter. 50% confirms the date, the balance on delivery, and the licence covers your site, listings, social, press and brochures with no expiry to renegotiate later.

Architecture

Institutional, hospitality and commercial interiors. The spaces where ceiling height, material and daylight are the subject. Where a room is wider than one lens can hold, I shoot across it and stitch. Where the windows are far brighter than the walls, I shoot several exposures and blend them, so the glass keeps its detail and the room keeps its light.

Who you're hiring

I'm Fez. I photograph rooms, and the buildings they sit inside, so the people who made them recognise their own work.

A space takes months of decisions. The height of a ceiling, the exact grey on a wall, where the light lands at four in the afternoon. Most photographs lose all of it. That loss is the thing I work against.

What you get back is a room at its real proportion, materials at their real colour, and evenings that look like evenings. Nothing corrected into something you didn't build.

Before I set up, I ask what the photographs have to accomplish. Lease the floor. Sell the units. Win the next commission. Whatever the answer is, it changes what I shoot.

Retouching and licensing are part of the day, not billed on top. Add twilight exteriors $295, rush delivery in 48 hours $250, extra finished image $125. Travel included across the Ottawa region; further afield adds a $550 travel day. A 50% deposit books the date, or corporate accounts can be invoiced on delivery.
